IMT Alpharetta

My husband and I lived at IMT Alpharetta for a little over a year. We LOVED it. The community was quiet and family-friendly, the management was responsive and helpful, and the location is great! Our favorite thing about this complex was the maintenance team. We have lived in a handful of apartment complexes, and IMT Alpharetta by far has the best maintenance team. I cannot think of a time we waited more than 24 hours for a repair request to be completed. AND they were on top of it in emergency situations. I highly recommend moving here. We wanted to stay - the only reason we moved was to be closer to law school for my husband.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the leasing office staff at IMT Alpharetta, and I must say that their level of helpfulness and accommodation was outstanding. I found myself in an unusual situation during my leasing process, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I was consistently greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff were attentive and patient. They took the time to listen to my specific concerns, and their knowledge and expertise were always evident. What impressed me the most was their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my unique circumstances. They recognized the challenge I was facing and worked to find a efficient solution. They maintained excellent communication and were prompt in responding to my inquiries. Moving can be a daunting experience, but their professionalism and commitment to providing outstanding customer service sets them apart from other leasing offices. It is clear that they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

This is one of the best desi communities you can get. Very close to the 400 exit 10. Any community after this will generally adds too much time to reach because of traffic. Apartments are good enough. It used to be very good school district, but recently the elementary school has changed to another school with lower rating other wise its the best community overall. I did not hear many complaints with renters also here.

A great place to live, right next to the high school bustling with youth and energy. The interiors are renovated and maintained well. The staff at the leasing office are prompt in service. The place has a warm vibe, the staff pays attention to detail, actually listens, understands our requirement and suggest options and follow up promptly. A big shoutout to Tyler for his outstanding support along with Staci, Alia, AJ and all the maintenance staff...

Imt alpharetta is a wonderful community. Tyler is very professional in handling the maintenance request with quick response. Well maintained and nice place to stay with all nearby accessible areas. The community is very accessible to all basic needs and community very active.My kids loves to play in play area and all over the schools are awesome.
